Happy Super Bowl Sunday and welcome to my humble abode! Who is NOT rooting for the Patriots?! Sorry TB! Doing a little bit of a change from my normal fashion posts, and sharing my Tampa bedroom tour today! I never thought to share home decor, but I get asked on Instagram about it, so I thought I would post!
To start off my Tampa bedroom tour, I want to say I am absolutely terrible at decorating. It is not a natural talent for me. After gathering lots of Pinterest inspo for years, I started to figure it out. Everything below is 6 years in the making and I am happy to finally have a finished look. If you want to check out my Pinterest board inspiration, click here.
If you missed my last blog post, check it out here.
I remember picking out my nightstand and dresser nearly 7 years ago at Arhaus. My mom took me in the Cleveland store and I had no intention of buying furniture. I figured I would live with my plastic pull out drawers and frameless mattress until my student loans were paid off. I browsed around with her and loved my set so much, I ended up buying it that day and shipping it to Virginia (where I lived at that time).
To mix up the hardwood furniture, I opted for a fabric bed frame. I will say, this bed frame has held up well. I spilled red wine all over it and the stain proof fabric just wicked it right off.
I wanted to make my husband’s side of the bed a little more manly (wait til you see my side lol). I found this skull at TJ Maxx and knew it would be perfect. My mom got us this amazing painting of Scarlett and I love it! I linked the woman who does the paintings below, she is super talented. His nightstand also has my favorite Nest diffuser. The holiday scent is like GOLD. I mean it is just the BEST of the BEST.

How to get your husband to hate you: buy a set of pink sheets. Real talk – these sheets are the SOFTEST sheets ever. We rotate between these and the Restoration Hardware linen sheets. My blanket is also the softest thing in the freakin world and is on sale now!
To tie in the stone tops on the furniture, I picked out a gray quilt and a very light gray bed frame. I think it looks awesome with the stone top! I also think a white quilt would have worked too, but #catlife LOL!

This purse shelf needed to happen. My poor bags were suffocating in the large container I kept them in prior to this shelf. I found a ton of inspiration for this shelf on Pinterest. I also saw people spray paint this shelf gold and it looks so cute!

To go perfect with my bag shelf, this Oliver Gal “My Bag Collection” painting is perfect over the bed. I tie the orange together by adding Hermes boxes to my nightstand! We have really high ceilings, so I needed something rather large to help fill this wall.

Welcome to my side of the bed! I could not be happier with this little canvas above my nightstand! I think the little painting ties in well with the rest of the canvases in the bedroom!

This full length mirror was a splurge, but so worth it! I love it for trying on outfits and it looks cute!
I love this little trio above my dresser! A great way to fill a huge empty wall are some large canvases like this. A big mirror would have also worked, but it’s much harder to hang something like that. I also think the two small canvases help balance the large canvas.
Décor Details:
Dresser, Louboutin Book, Oliver Gal Canvas 1, Oliver Gal Canvas 2, Oliver Gal Canvas 3
Had to mention my new favorite toy – this robot vacuum is worth every single penny. It maps your floor plan and you can tell it where to go! We do the bedroom every other day and the rest of the apartment 2x per week. I tested it against the Dyson and it picks up almost as much! The Dyson is the ultimate winner when it comes to vacuums, but this robot is a great supplement and super convenient.
Last but not least, my jewelry stand! I adore this thing, and is really the ultimate place for storing jewelry. The sides also come out for necklaces!
I hope you enjoyed my Tampa bedroom tour! If you have any questions, leave them in the comments below!
