Pastel Rainbow Cardigan

How is everyone’s week going? In today’s post I will be reviewing this gorgeous pastel rainbow cardigan.

I am still adjusting to being back at work to be honest, and having all sorts of “being stuck in a large corporation office forever” anxiety. I sound like such a millennial. At the same time, I don’t want to not work. I like having career goals and find fulfillment from achieving them. My thoughts about it all are so indecisive!

I did make my favorite risotto recipe and favorite taco recipe ever this week and am quite happy with how they turned out. My husband couldn’t find leeks for the risotto at the grocery store so we had to substitute with onion (learned that from google!). I have made both of these recipes so many times now, that I practically know the measurements by heart at this point.

Sizing reference: I am 5’4″ and typically XS in tops and 25 in bottoms.

Embracing Color

I’ve been all about the rainbow trend for a while now (see this post from last fall)! After years of neutrals and monochromatic looks, I am embracing color, prints, and just something different! And I am just going to go with it for now, because I love the fun in fashion.

This rainbow pastel cardigan from Pink Lily epitomizes the perfect blend of color. I am simply obsessed with this piece. I tend to shy away from over the top girly, but this cardigan also has that cool trendy factor, so I fell in love hard! Plus, it totally works with this new Florida style

I paired this cardigan with my favorite Vince bodysuit. With a bold piece, I wanted to keep the rest of the outfit simple, so I opted for a nude color bodysuit with shorts. These One Teaspoon shorts are one of my favorite pairs! I found them at TJ Maxx for $16, but they are still on the website for almost $100!!

Rainbow Arc Bag

If you aren’t about a rainbow sweater, why not try a rainbow bag? I love this bag I found, it’s gotten so much use this summer and so many compliments. A lady actually stopped me while I was shooting this to talk to me about my bag, it’s such a fun statement piece!
