Happy Monday, if you’re a Monday person. Sad Monday if you’re like me and hate Mondays! To start off the week fresh I wanted to share a new outfit featuring this Maggy London black dress.
If you missed my last blog post, check it out here.
Sizing reference: I am 5’4″ and typically XS in tops and 25 in bottoms.
One thing I realized I haven’t shown on my blog yet are LBDs, crazy right?! I am a huge fan of the LBD. Why? Because it’s so darn easy. Everyone needs a few in their closet. Last minute date, wedding or shower? You always have a go-to. Sometimes I’ll order dresses for weddings and NONE of them end up looking right, and I have fallen back on my favorite LBDs without a sweat.
I wore this Maggy London black dress out to dinner with my husband (or date night as every blogger likes to call it). I wore my favorite Stuart Weitzman heels (have them in nude also!) and my Chanel WOC for a classic look. To avoid being too much of a bore, I put on a red bold lip to amp up the all black look. Bold red lips were made for Saturday evenings! I also wore a pair of statement earrings, as I feel this dress would look great with statement earrings instead of a necklace.
The dress comfortably zips up the back, making it easy to get on and off. It also runs TTS, I am wearing a 0. The off the shoulder style comfortably stays down without having to adjust it all night (don’t you just hate that?). I also saw that if you sign up for Maggy London emails you get 15% off your first purchase.
I hope everyone has a fantastic week!
