Today I am doing a Lululemon Wunder Train leggings review! Wunder Trains are a great basic for heavy or light workouts, which is why I love them! Keep scrolling to see all the details on them!
If you’re looking for more Lululemon reviews, check out my Ebb to Street tank review here.
Wunder Train leggings come in 21″, 23″, 25″, 28″ and 31″ and range from $88 to $118. They are pricey, but something you can get marked down. I have 3 pairs and they were all sale finds, however sizing goes fast when they are marked down. Just know Lululemon sale items are final sale, so you need to know your size before buying.
First up in my Lululemon Wunder Train leggings review, are how to wear them! The best thing about these leggings, are they they look great with any top! I wear my leggings casually with a Define jacket or Scuba hoodie (check out my Define review here). I wear them to workout with any sort of tank (check out my Cool Racerback tank review here). These leggings are very high rise, so they do work well with cropped tops too.
These leggings are the perfect lightweight material that can withstand a heavy workout. I love wearing these casually and to cycle, HIIT, yoga, and any sort of cardio. I frequently wear these to work from home in as well.
Below you can see how I styled them casually for grabbing some lunch at Caracara. I am wearing the 25″ in Vintage Plum with my Train to Be tee in Pink Puff (see that review here).
Sizing reference: I am 5’4″ (currently 115 lbs) and typically XS in tops and 25 in bottoms. I typically wear a size 4 in Lululemon bottoms and a size 6 in Lululemon bras/tops.

Wunder Train leggings are true to size for Lululemon leggings. I wear a size 4 across the board in Lululemon leggings. You can see below the 25″ in Ripened Raspberry, 23″ in Vintage Plum and 25″ in Capri. Being 5’4″ I stick mostly with 25″ leggings, but 23″ and 28″ do work too.

I know Align leggings are the most popular Lululemon legging, but these are a much better buy in my opinion. Align leggings are made for Yoga and lounging, aka not high intensity workouts. Wunder Trains can handle it all, so I prefer them. They are compressive, but light and very soft. They feel slightly higher than my Align leggings too, which is a must for me. I like leggings that go past my belly button so that I can wear crop tops with them.
Would I buy them full price? Only if I NEED the color. Wunder Trains are my second favorite legging (Invigorates are my ultimate favorite, see that review here), so they are something I wait to get marked down. However, if they come out in an awesome pink, purple or brown in the future, I would buy full price!
Below I am wearing 23″ in Grape Thistle with a Pink Mist Scuba hoodie. I am hoping to see more pinks and purples released this spring, I will never get tired of this combo!
