Deerfield Beach Travel Guide

We just got back from Deerfield Beach and I wanted to share my Deerfield Beach travel guide since it’s definitely one of my favorite Florida beaches!

Where To Stay

We stayed at the Wyndham and I highly recommend it! It is right on the water and in a great location with parking available. They have comfy beach chairs and umbrellas available to use all day, which makes the beach much more enjoyable in my opinion. I would 100% stay there again! There’s plenty of restaurants nearby and it’s all walkable too. The hotel is right near the main pier, which we loved!

Where To Eat

Mizner Park in Boca Raton is less than 10 minutes away in an Uber. It is the perfect spot for a date night dinner and drinks. There were so many people out and about, so I recommend getting reservations wherever you go! A lot of spots were also quite dressy, so it’s the perfect excuse to wear something a little nicer and feel fabulous!

There’s also a ton of restaurants near the hotels in Deerfield, but they felt more like tourist traps to be honest. We ate at JB’s on the Beach and although it’s rated well, it was 100% not worth the cost and pretty mediocre food at best.

These pasta dishes below are from Tanzy in Mizner Park. We got the Fiocchi and Pappardelle and they were incredible! We grabbed drinks at Loch Bar too and I LOVE the vibe there!

Minster O1 has amazing pizza and salads! You can get ricotta stuffed pizza crust, which is what we did. You can get half and half too, so we tried two different pizzas and loved them! The salad was also huge and amazing.

I wore this cute dress to dinner and loved the atmosphere at Mizner Park!

What To Do

If you stay at the Wyndham, you can rent bikes there and bike or walk along the water. The Pier is also an amazing spot to see wildlife or fish. It costs a few bucks, but it’s worth it! Ask for a wristband so you can go throughout the day. We saw a shark, a sea turtle and plenty of fish from the pier! It was so magical seeing that sea turtle pass through the area! Mizner park is another great spot nearby to shop and eat. And last, make sure you do a beach day! The Wyndham provides chairs and umbrellas, which is my favorite way to do the beach.
