August Outfit Ideas 2022

Sharing my August outfit ideas for 2022 today with 8 outfits I’ve worn and loved this month! It’s still super hot and will be next month too, but I can’t tell you how excited I am to actually wear fall fashion this year! Texas cools down a lot more than Florida (when I look at the average temperatures in the fall and winter months it actually is close to Atlanta) so I can finally partake in fall fashion again!!!

Sizing reference: I am 5’4″, 115 lbs, and typically XS in tops and 25 in bottoms.

Lululemon Outfit

There are few things better to wear casually that this oversized tee and Align shorts (see my full review here). This tee is a size 6 in Wild Mint and my shorts are Pastel Blue and I love this combo together!

Brunch Outfit

I wore this cute outfit to Brunch at Sixty Vines (loved the atmosphere, but didn’t love the food or service). I always forget how awesome a classic white button down is and am glad I have one to throw on! This one is perfectly oversized.

Cleobella Dress

This boho dress was such a steal! I love Cleobella so much, but the price point is quite high. When I saw this for under $50, I grabbed it so fast! The XS fits perfect and it was the perfect date night dress at Barcelona Wine Bar.

Floral Skirt

This skirt is such a great price point (and so is the bodysuit actually) and I wore these out to Barcelona Wine Bar for date night! Both are size small, but I could have done the XS in the bodysuit!

Brewery Outfit

I wore this oversized tee and Align shorts (see my full review here) to Deep Ellum Brewing Company. This tee is a size 6 in Wild Mint and my shorts are Raspberry Cream and I love this combo together!

Wedding Guest Dress

I wore this dress to a wedding in Milwaukee and felt a million bucks!!! My sandals are also the most comfortable thing ever, and I have never thought that about any heel. I am wearing a XS in the dress and my normal shoe size. This dress is also featured in this post here. This is definitely my favorite look in my August Outfit Ideas 2022 post!

Lunch Date Outfit

I found this gorgeous blazer for $150 and it’s originally almost $400! I normally don’t do greens, but I had to have this for summer! It’s a light linen material with a ruched sleeve, so it’s perfect this time of year. I read a ton of reviews online to try and figure out sizing and I got a 2. The 2 fits perfect! I normally wear a 0 or 2 in designer items. I bought it in lavender as well! This outfit was perfect to wear out to lunch at Eataly!

Embroidered Top

How cute is this top with turquoise jewelry? This is a great pre-fall item to grab! I wore it out to dinner at Oggie’s and we loved the burrata and poutine!
