Anna Maria Island Weekend Trip

I wanted to write a full blog post on our Anna Maria island weekend trip over Easter this year! It is definitely one of my favorite spots in Florida, and I cannot wait to go back.

Where We Stayed

We stayed on 69th Street in a VRBO house for our Anna Maria Island weekend. trip. It was perfect because it was right across from the beach, so no parking required when going to the beach. It was a short drive from the grocery store and the restaurants.

What We Did

We spent a ton of time lounging on the beach and at the pool at the house. We also ate some amazing seafood (scroll below and I’ll list the restaurants) and did a boat tour which was absolutely incredible!

First of all, I was so impressed by how vacant the beaches were on a holiday weekend. The sand was super clean and super fine, almost like powder! I got so many good photos because the beaches were not crowded at all. The water was so clear and clean and free of seaweed and algae. Beach wise, this is the best I have seen in Florida.

Every night we got to witness a glorious sunset! This photo below is unfiltered. You can also order pizza to the beach while watching the sunset. Perfect, right?!

Sizing reference: I am 5’4″ and typically XS in tops and 25 in bottoms.

I saw all these pelicans in front of Tide Tables restaurant. The restaurant has a bar outside where you can hang out on the dock while waiting for your table. Their fish tacos were THE BEST!

We saw about 15 dolphins on our boat tour. We used Egmont Key Adventures and it was fabulous! The dolphins were the cutest!

We stopped at Egmont Key during the boat tour. It is an island you cannot get to by car and it was really cool! There are thousands of tortoises on the island!

This dress is perfect for sunsets on the beach! I love the crochet detail and the off the shoulder look!

Everything here is from Lulu’s including my sandals that keep selling out everywhere! This body suit is perfect for any summer outfit and my kimono can be taken out at night or to the beach.

I have literally been living in these joggers the past month! They are so warm since they are fleece lined and just feel amazing against my skin.

LAmade Blush Pullover

This pullover is made in heaven! Super soft and super cozy, I sized up to a small. I am obsessed with these shorts. I got a 0 but should have gone for a 00, so size down! This camo tee is also oversized and super comfortable.

LAmade Tee

This brand has the best basics known to mankind. I always size up to a small in their stuff and it literally lasts forever.

This windbreaker was a life saver while boating in the cool morning breeze. It blocked all the wind but wasn’t too warm!

This dress gives me so many vacation vibes! I love the little starfish so much! I wore it to dinner and it was perfect. This was taken outside of the Waterfront which was SO GOOD!

A perfect white bikini that doesn’t get see through in the water! Wearing my normal size medium bottoms and small top.
